Dear Friends and patients,
As many of you have already heard, I have made the decision to retire on June 30, 2026. I am looking forward to being a grandmother and having more time to enjoy my family and many hobbies. These include needlepoint, quilting, gardening, cooking and just relaxing with a good book.
This decision was made with mixed emotions. I have been privileged to be a part of your lives for over 37 years. You have impacted my life in more ways than you will ever know. I am truly grateful for the trust and confidence you’ve placed in me and my staff over the years. It has been an honor and privilege to care for you and your family. Thank you!
I am confident that in leaving, you will be in excellent hands with Dr. Stacey Hollaway, Becky May, PA, Kasey Mercurio, APRN-CNP, and the dedicated office staff. I trust this will be a seamless transition, and I know you will be well taken care of in the practice. If you do decide to transfer to another physician, please contact the office to assist in transferring your medical records.
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your healthcare journey. It has been an honor and a privilege to serve you. I wish you continued health and all the best in the future.

Starting the week of October 5, 2026, the office will be open Monday-Thursday and will be closed on Fridays. Due to some previous already scheduled commitments, please note the following exceptions to this:
The office will be closed on Wednesday October 21, 2026 and open Friday October 23, 2026.
The office will be closed on Thursday November 26, 2026 and Friday November 27, 2026.
The office will be closed on Monday December 7, 2026 and open Friday December 11, 2026.
The office will be closed Thursday December 24, 2026, Friday December 25, 2026, Thursday December 31, 2026 and Friday January 1, 2027.
We are excited to announce that we have had a lot of positive feedback regarding our new Behavior Health Nurse Practitioner, Heather Bracken-Ott. If you would like an appointment to discuss your behavioral health concerns with her please let the office know.

The doors to the office are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 7:30am. We are closed on Wednesday, but we do have a 24 hour answering service that can assist your care needs.
We are currently answering our phones as follows
Monday 8:30am-11:30am and 1pm-3pm
Tuesday 8:30am-11:30am and 1pm-4pm
Wednesday Closed
Thursday 8:30am-11:30am and 1pm-4pm
Friday 8:30am-11:30am and 1pm-3pm
Please note that these hours are subject to change based on our schedule in the office and staffing limitations due to COVID-19 mandated isolations and quarantines.
We have a 24 hour answering service that will assist you in your care needs if we are not available or if it is after hours. We also have a patient portal where you can send non-emergent messages through to have us address. Please note that they messages will be addressed during our normal business hours and should only be used for non-emergent/ time sensitive messages. |
